All CC Apps crashing on start up with Error message

Hi there,

Every time I open an app it runs through teh start up and then crashes before the UI opens. I get a crash report that I've sent away, uninstalled apps (it is happening on AE, AI and PS) and also checked all drivers are up to date.

Any recommendations?

delete the preference files.
