All CC installers crash on startup

I've recently bought a Creative Cloud student licence for my schoolwork. However whenever I try to install any CC app, the installer shows the loading icon for a few seconds then crashes. I have tried many fixes for similar issues, including the cleaner tool, however could not find anyone with the same issue. I cannot even install the Creative Cloud Desktop.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

To clarify, I have tried using compatibility mode and run as administrator. I have also cleared out my .roaming files.

KiwiKit, do you ever receive any specific error messages during the install process?  What operating system are you attempting to use your Creative Cloud for Education membership on?

I am sorry to hear that, KiwiKit.  Please try implementing solution two in https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/failed-install-creative-cloud-desktop.html.  The key step will be to locate and rename the OOBE folder, after downloading and running the CC Cleaner Tool.
