amtlib.dll missing when dreamweaver is launching

hy there!

help!!! impossible to open dreamweaver cs6  because of: "amtlib.dll is missing on your computer..."  it was working good  before yesterday and still i tried to transfer file on my server there was a bug and now this message....

    uninstall, clean (Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6) and reinstall.
