Can I install animate on 32 bit system if not is there an alternative I can use?

    Thats makes no-sense.., like Animate CC can work perfectly on a 32Bit Hardware.

    Its just the Flash/Animate creator "laziness", like .swf files, can be opened on both 32/64 bits, and why the main program don't?
