Annoying hint about non-genuine software

Hi there, I pay for a Adobe CC plan but I keep getting the pop-up hint about non-guine software.

I'd actually like to remove the non-genuine softwares but the problem is the tool doesn't report what/where they are!!!

And the pop-up is so annoying esp. when you are playing a game...

Anyone know how to find the non-genuine stuff which causes the pop-ups?

Non-genuine software comes up when Adobe scans your serial numbers.  And since Creative Cloud does not use serial numbers, it's not the culprit.

More than likely, you have an older Creative Suite or some other version installed that is causing the problem.  Use the Adobe Cleaner tool to wipe off all non-Creative Cloud software.

Afterwards, do a full system scan with your anti-virus and anti-spyware in the off chance your computer was infected with malware.

Show us a screen shot of the popup you are seeing.

Normally a Non Genuin warning only com,es up while you are running the Non Genuin  software. So why is it happening when you are playing a game?

Is it Flash you are asking about?

What Adobe programs do you have installed?

What OS is your computer using?
