Ho necessità di disdire l'abbonamento entro i 14 gg da quando ho fatto l'abbonamento.

Purtroppo sul sito non è possibile, voglio rinunciare e ricevere il totale rimborso perchè non mi trovo bene con questi prodotti e voglio rinunciare senza penali come previsto dalle condizioni legali.

 ho annullato il mio abbonamento prima del tempo massimo dei 14 giorni, ma non mi é ancora arrivato alcun rimborso.

Se non devo fare qualcos' altro Vi invito gentilmente a procedere ad effettuare il suddetto rimborso.

io ho rinunciato dopo i 14 giorni non voglio più aderire al piano , avevo capito che mensilmente dovevo pagare 6 euro non 36 al mese non voglio più aderire bloccate tutto
