Anzeige des Cloud-Clienten leer

Liebe Community,

 

seit einigen Wochen ist die Anzeige meines Applikations-Assistenten weiß (siehe Bild). Ich habe bereits versucht, ihn erneut runter zu laden. Leider finde ich keinen Fehler. Hat jemand eine Idee?

Vg, sorry you are having problems using your Creative Cloud for Education membership.  I am showing that the computer you are using is able to contact our servers successfully.  Are you using your Education institutions network while downloading, installing, and running the CC applications?

Hello, sometimes I use my Ed Institutions network, sometimes my private network. So I don't think it's a network thing.
