App doesn't update correctly
Hello everyone!
Like others, I encountered error 146 once I tried to update a couple apps including Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. I searched for solutions and tried following the advice of uninstalling Creative Cloud and then reinstalling. Now Premiere Pro can't install at all, but the weird thing is I can find the file for the 2018 version in my Finder and I can open it just fine, but for some reason it won't show up on the Creative Cloud Desktop. I have tried it out, it works perfectly fine, but Creative Cloud doesn't seem to think so. Any ideas why Creative Cloud won't register it as installed, even though I have it in my Applications folder and can open it just fine?
As I said, it works fine, but I am just curious what might cause Creative Cloud to glitch out on me.
PS. Because I am working on a computer that runs a different language than English, it is difficult for me to just rename a folder if it has to go ind a start directory called 'System/Library'. Trust me, I have looked for the folders, they don't exist on my computer.
