Application manager missing

Photoshop 2019 stopped working on my Macbook. I’ve reinstalled and installed application manager but it keeps saying app manager is missing. Spent 2 Hours with Adobe support - useless. Can anyone help? £70 wasted

Photoshop CC 2019 or Photoshop Elements 2019?

Have you tried uninstalling, running the Cloud Cleaner tool, rebooting then reinstalling?

Thank you, that seems to have resolved the problem (fingers crossed!) I just don't understand why two Adobe support helpers could not solve it during the two hours I spent talking to them!
