Apps not responding

I am having a lot of trouble lately with Ps, InDesign and Illustrator not opening, and I have to force quit the applications.

I have a mac and have tried all the obvious solutions like restarting, uninstalling and reinstalling, signing in and out of CC, etc.  Very frustrating.
