Hi,

Apps panel doesn't show installed Creative Cloud apps.
I´v already try to delete opm.db as in (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/apps-panel-reflect-creative-cloud.html) but it doesn´t work.

This happens after an error that told me that I have to reinstall Creative Cloud Desktop app.

I´m working in windows.

Alendate, were you able to locate and rename the opm.db file as discussed in solution three in https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/apps-panel-reflect-creative-cloud.html?  If so, then please begin a chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html so that direct assistance can be provided to fix the apps showing up under the Apps tab.

Hi there, i had the same problem, plus my "Preferences" was greyed out.  I got on a web chat with Adobe, and it was only then that I realised that I hadn't updated the Creative Cloud App.    It was asking for an update, but I had been ignoring it.  The reason for this was that I've got older versions of Photoshop and Bridge installed because the latest versions were too buggy.  When I saw "Update available" I thought it was going to update Photoshop and Bridge.

Anyway, after updating the Creative Cloud App everything is back to normal.   I can see my apps, the updates that are available, and the "Preferences" is not greyed out.

Just for information, the latest version of the Creative Cloud App is 5.2.1.441

Good luck and stay safe!

Maybe this could be helpful to someone having the same issue. My system language (and desktop cc app) differs from the language I used on the installed apps, and somehow the setting in the preference menu of prefered language for the apps went back to default, so basically when I changed that back to the language that I used on the installed apps they automatically shown up again.

I have the same problem. Was trying to follow this steps but they didn't worked
https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/apps-panel-reflect-creative-cloud.html )
I have the apps installed but the Creative Cloud doesn't recognize them, I think this is why the language never changed when I tried to (via the Creative Cloud).

I can't even try to uninstall the Lightroom that actually shows on my creative cloud, it shows installed but it doesn't allow me to uninstall.

This is a really bad UX UI.

using the cc desktop app would be unlikely to cause the issue you're seeing.  installing from the website would always cause the issue.

do a clean cc install carefully following each applicable step:

uninstall every cc app including preferences per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

because you can't use the cc destkop app to uninstall apps, use your os uninstaller

then uninstall the cc desktop app, using the correct uninstaller per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-mes...

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

check for, and if available, update your os

if windows is your os, repair all ms visual c++ versions that can be repaired (use google if you don't know how to do this)

if windows is your os update your ms visual c++, if it can be updated (use google if you don't know how to do this)

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app using the "alternative download links" at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials>

if that fails, you probably have a corrupt user account. google your os and how to create a new one.
