When I click on the icon at the top of my computer adobe drops down, but when I try to go to the applications all I get is a loading applications and then says click here. I hit the click here button but then it doesn't work. I looked at the forum about this issue and tried some of the solutions but it didn't work. The only solution I didn't try was uninstalling and reinstalling the program. I don't want to call the people because I have had two very rude people talk to me on on chat and the other by phone. Can someone please help me?

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

I got to Solution 4 where I delete the OOBE folder or that might be Solution 3. I deleted the OOBE folder but that didn't really do much. I keep getting a notice about updating the apps, but can't really do that when the applications aren't loading. I will try Solution 5 then of uninstalling and reinstalling the application to see if that works. Thanks!
