I am having problems installing ... it ask me for window vista and I am using windows 7

Hi Tony,


Try changing the compatibility mode to Windows 7,

please refer to: trying to install lightroom 6 on windows 7 keep getting os requirement not met windows vista not supported

now that adobe is installed ... as soon I open it locks up. I am unable to register ... it says it is not responding, and my brother printer is not working either. I am not computer savoy so please talk to me like a 5 year old
