Asking to buy even after bought

So basically what happened was when i bought the app, it was fine it was working, but then it was telling me to buy it again, so when i went to the website for adobe, it said i bought it already, and i checked and everything was up to date and everything was okay, so i don't see what could be causing this problem, so do you think anyone can help me figure this out?

    I am also facing the same problem from last few month. Premier Pro CC is saying ‘Buy’ and when I am going to buy it, it says you already bought it.

    Premiere Pro is taking money but not solving the issue.

    Is there any Contact Number where I can call and get it resolved?

    well i fixed where it says trial and the buy now option and now it says open but then it keeps on coming up with validating software license
