I need to know if anyone else is having the same issue. I am on a MacPro, circa 2009, with 32 GB of RAM, OSX 10.9.4 - is there required software, Java for example, that is I need to ensure is installed? Need some help. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Hi Jeff Franks,

I believe you are getting 'You've been signed out' error at you end. Please refer to the links below where the issue stands resolved:

1. You are no longer signed into your Creative Cloud applications

2. "You've been signed out" error every time I try to sign into Creative Cloud desktop application.

3. You've been signed out

I am facing similar problems also on MacPro, circa 2009, with 32 GB of RAM, OSX 10.9.4. On my side, I presume that access is denied because I have badly unistalled Creative Cloud and other Adobe folders from my Macbook pro before trying to install it again.
