    Do you receive a specific error message, Marcelo_Taguti?  If not, please check the log files for the error that is blocking the download process.  Information on how to locate and interpret the installation log files can be found at  https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-log-files.html.

    Albert_Santana do you receive an error message when you attempt to install Photoshop CC?  What update are you attempting to apply?
