AUSST Fresh Install Problems

Hi all

We are trying to set up an in-house Adobe update server using AUSST. When using it to download the updates after a long period of time we are seeing an error message as follows:

Started processing for Acrobat.

Finished processing for Acrobat successfully

Server not responding.

Processed 236 out of 603 items.

Error in 4 items.

AdobeUpdateServerSetupTool returned with code: 5.

We're tried running:

Fresh install
Incremental install

Installing on both:

Windows 7

Server 2012 r2

... and these all fail at the same place too.

We checked our firewall/web filter and it is definitely not blocking or filtering traffic to/from this server.

Can anyone suggest a solution?

Thanks for moving the discussion into Enterprise Deployment (Acrobat and Reader) but it isn't those were having problems with - its the downloads for Adobe CC!
