Avoiding photos from being deleted in CC storage

I drop and drag the photos that I want to upload into Creative Cloud storage into a Creative Cloud folder in the left left hand side quick access panal on my PC.

My concern is that if my laptop has a hard disk failure, or if is stolen and wiped will this delete all my saved photo's in my Creative Cloud storage? Thanks Mark

You do, however, still need a backup system. This is NOT a safe way to work if you don't backup.
