Back to school trial reset won't work

Hello,

I recently recieved an email that the trial I had recently is reset and I could use it again however when I click on the link I go right to the store and press start trial under photoshop. However when I open photoshop it says the trial has expired. Am I doing something wrong?

From whom did you receive an email about a trial reset?

Creative Cloud trials are for 7 days only.  No repeats allowed.
