Best, cheapest way to learn ALL the Adobe CC Apps

As in subject, I'm looking for the best and cheapest way to learn ALL the Adobe CC Apps.

I'm almost new to Creative Clouds, but I used Adobe applications in the past (I had a Photoshop CS2 and a Premiere Pro 2 licenses, back at the time).

I know Adobe Apps are the most popular for doing 2D graphics, audio, video and text (websites, dtp, and so), but I'd like to fully understand and learn each.

Please, give me advice on books and websites with tutorials.
