hey so Ive been on a monthly plan of about $30 mainly using adobe animate. about two days ago got an error message about my billing details and that it could not complete the monthly transaction I owe them. I checked my bank account and found out I was out of money so just deposited in $100. i Went onto my adobe account clicked ‘update details’ where the error message was and clicked Saved. Everything goes well however When I refresh it or log out the error message is still there. it is the same bank account I’ve been using and the same one I put the 100 dollars in. tried updating again the message was still there. So could there be a problem or do I just have to wait? I’ve checked With my bank there was no problem with my account just there was no money.
