Trying to subscribe to Lightroom. Keeps saying billing info incorrect no matter what I do or use. Cannot contact by phone or online support. Twitter responded but stopped now after switching through multiple reps. Help.

how do i 'PM' you ... using chat on a friends computer... taking mine to mac store cuz bizarre this chat wont work on my comp or even show up.
