Blank Screen after signing in to download

In March of 2017 I installed Photoshop and Lightroom, I have recently completely reset my computer to factory settings because it started to crash. Well since it has been reset I went to re-download the desktop apps and when I go to sign in to my adobe account, the screen goes blank white after I sign in and I cant get any further than that. I have Windows 7. Any ideas or suggestions?
