Question

Blank space when opening any Adobe app

Hi!

I have a big issue with opening all my Adobe apps including Creative Cloude (here it says opps page not availiable, try again later - it's been more than a week). It started with InDesign where the opening page would not show anything, now it's all the apps I use (Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign). It's a big issue since I can't create new projects other than in Premiere. It wont even do it if I click on "new" in the top banner. I've tried to uninstall both InDesign and Creative Cloud but it didn't work... They're all 2020.

What can I do?

Do not count on Windows to be fully up to date when it comes to device drivers
Go to the vendor site to be sure you have an updated driver for your graphic adapter
•nVidia Driver Downloads http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
•ATI Driver https://www.amd.com/en/support
There are also intermittent reports that the newest driver is not always the best driver due to driver bugs or compatibility issues, so you MAY need to try an earlier driver version
