Blocco funzioni per abbonamento scaduto

Da oggi tutti gli strumenti installati si sono bloccati per abbonamento scaduto, ma l’abbonamento in realtà scade il 31/12/2017.

Durante la giornata ho provato:

1. A ripetere l’attivazione centinaia di volte;

2. Modificare la password dell’ID e ritentare l’attivazione;

3. Svuotale la cache del DNS e delle impostazioni di rete;

4. Disinstallare completamente tutto, scaricare nuovamente Creative Cloud e re-installare, al momento, solo Acrobat DC, ritentando poi l’attivazione, senza esito.

Non so più cosa fare.

La piattaforma è installata su MAC-OS 10.12.5.

Solved: the Adobe support has deleted the user and sent me again the invite.

After I accepted the invite, the software was start activated again

check your account to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id (used in the next step), https://www.adobe.com/account.html

if your account shows

a. your subscription is active,

1.  sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id above to verify your subscription:  http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

2.  if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-reverts-to-trial.html

if your account shows

b. you have no subscription and you're paying for one

1. using a browser that allows popups and cookies,  contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'still need help', http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/service-ccm.html

Thank you, but I doesen't solve the trouble.

The first link that you posted is inactive, but the other checks that you suggested and I tried was positive (in the Manage Adobe ID pages the subscrition is active till 31 december 2017): however, the Acrobat DC activation process close normally but the software, at next restart, is still in unsubscription mode.

I also delete the opm.db file and ther signed again with Adobe ID, without success.
