Bought Lr and PS. PS installed. Lr install failed. Errors DW006 & 3d party payload, etc, exit code

Bought Lr and PS.  PS installed. Lr install failed.

Errors DW006 & 3d party payload, etc, exit code 1.

Re-downloaded and tried install 6 times.  Can't get on chat help.

Ideas?

Thank you. You are correct. I finally got through to Adobe awhile ago and they told me. Now I cannot get Mac OS 10.9 to download. Life is tricky.

It would be nice if Adobe just gave an error message saying "You have to have OS 10.7 or above". Seems simple, no. Would have saved me much time.
