Default, what process did you use when moving over to the MacBook Pro with Apple's new processor? For example, did you utilize the migration assistant to move any applications or files from the old computer?

Hey,
yes I used the migration assistant. And to be sure that there no kind of issue like this I removed the adobe cloud application after the migration to 100% and installed it again.
But this is the problem yes. But how to solve it?
thanks alot! 🙂

Thanks, default. To prevent these unexpected errors, please avoid using the Migration Assistant to transfer applications from one computer to another. Adobe apps are not designed to be copied from one computer to another, and doing so will lead to unexpected behavior such as what you are encountering.
You can try to recover by downloading and running the CC Cleaner Tool from https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html to remove any currently installed Adobe software. Once the removal is complete, you can use the process in https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/download-install-app.html to begin the download and installation process.
