buying light room cc [from Lebanon]

Hi, I am trying to buy the light room cc, but mt country doesn't appear in the searching box.

and trying to use US, But didn't know the postal code.

so my question is: how can i buy light room without postal code? or is there any postal code for lebanon or lebanon section.
