Buying with gift card.

So, I want to use Premiere Pro for a month, but not too long ago I got a prepaid gift card of $25. I want to use it, but apparently you can't...? How does this work, kinda annoying that they won't allow me to use this.

Are you sure you were trying to buy a monthly subscription, and not an annual subscription with monthly payments?

If you were not allowed to buy a true monthly subscription, I can only say that Adobe must not allow gift cards (since I don't work for Adobe, that is only a guess)

Yeah, was going for monthly...apparently when you enter card info you have to enter stuff that I can't find info on. Like the card's address and all that. 😕

I just wanted to ask if anyone can confirm that gift/prepaid cards aren't allowed here.

Your suggestion to ask Adobe doesn't even help annoyingly. I was just asking Adobe support about gift cards as well and they literally responded to check the website...If I had found it on the website I wouldn't be asking Adobe's staff who apparently has no idea either.

When I 1st asked they responded as if I was trying to ask them personally to sell me one. They responded, "I do not have one to sell to you." Then when I rephrased it and said "So Adobe doesn't sell gift cards then?" they just told me to check their site...
