Is Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Illustration, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, compatible with a Microsoft Surface Book 2 with Windows 10 Pro? I don't know what the difference is between Windows 10 Pro and Windows 10 V2004.

You need to look at more than the system. What is the architecture? (Intel or ARM)? How much RAM? What graphics card?

The system version is important.

Windows 10 is a family of systems.

Windows 10 Pro, Windows 10 Education, Windows 10 Home and others.

2004 is a version of Windows 10. You need to know what version you are running, because a lot of apps will check.
