Can adobe prosecute someone who is selling adobe software illegally?

Hi, I recently tried to buy adobe second hand, on a website for second hand stuff in Belgium. but it seemed to be a cracked version. I tried to get information how to recuperate my money in some way but the website is not cooperating. If adobe would be interested to know where this is happening, you can contact me.
