Can i get both PC + Mac version of software with membership for both my devices?

Hi There,

I'm about to sign up to creative cloud membership. At the moment, i need to use the software on my work pc but i'm planning on buying a mac book. Can i access the software for both my pc and mac? Or if not, can i switch from pc versions of the software to mac versions when i get my mac book?
