Can I install two versions of Premiere Pro CC 2017?

I have a 2017 cc premier installed

Is it possible to upgrade to the 2017 April version and still keep the 2017 old version too?

that only applies to major versions. eg, cc 2015 and cc 2017, not to updates to the same version cc 2017 (11.0.2) to cc 2017 (11.1.1).

but you can re-install your other minor versions after updating to the latest:
