I am using computer corei5 3rd generation and window 7. can it run adobe premium pro 2020? Anybody help me thanks in advance

You need modern equipment and OS + ample hard drive and RAM to use CC and PP.  Anything less will result in a bad user experience.

 

Premier Pro System Requirements recommend i7 CPU on Win10.
