Can i transfer my Creative Suite: Master Collection licences to Creative Cloud Enterprise HELP!!!

I am a federal employee and in 2013 my organization purchased Creative Suite: Master Collection (CS6), now U.S. Army requires that  all software that will be potentially installed on a U.S. Army government computer must have a certificate of net worthiness (CON). In 2014 the CON for our software (CS6) expired. Is it possible to transfer licenses from CS6 master collection to Creative Cloud Enterprise? or do i have to purchase Creative Cloud?

You would have to contact Adobe Support directly to get definitive info regarding what you can do with your licenses.  My best guess would be that you will need to acquire a Creative Cloud subscription - the CS6 software can be acquired thru it, but I do not know what bearing that has wrt the CON.

Contact support - For the link below click the Still Need Help? option in the blue area at the bottom and choose the chat or phone option...
