Can I use 1 Licence on 2 devices?

I want to purchase All Apps Plan, but my question is can I use it on my laptop and on my home computer.

As I travel a lot, and I need to work often on the road, but I use mostly my home computer for work.

Can somebody answer me on this?

Yes, you are allowed two installations per license. Both need to be used by you, and in theory, not at the same time. Most of us use this to install one copy of a desktop and the other on a laptop.
