Can I use the same Creative Cloud app on two devices at the same time?

So, I have a personal laptop and a work laptop. I have a student license with Adobe, and sometimes I have to leave Photoshop or Illustrator open on my work laptop, but would I be able to use either one of the apps at the same time on my personal laptop at school at the same time?
