can not complete the download of CS6 master collection

There was no internet speed problem with my computer but the speed bar was not moving i this level.. it keep like this for 2 hour...is there anyone know why was that?

Hi Lulu Lin,

it says "You do not have permission to acce..." next to the GB number. Possibly, the connection timed out at some point

and now you don't have access, because you're not logged into the Adobe website anymore?!
