Can not install Creative Cloud after uninstalling?

Today,Creative Cloud cannot update,so I was uninstalling to Creative Cloud.

therefore, I was install creative cloud again,but Cannot install.

the second time, I was use AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool & Creative Cloud Uninstaller to remove Creative Cloud.

Who can tell me what happen ? How can I fix it?

try to this one :

  1. Close the Creative Cloud application.
  2. Navigate to the OOBE folder.
    Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
    Mac OS: /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE folder
  3. Delete the opm.db file.
  4. Launch Creative Cloud.

have you try to reinstall AAM?
