When I'm trying to log out I recieve error message "Connect to the internet and try again" (more or less like that, I've translated the message from my non english version of the software).
It is very frustraiting due to I need to move the software to new PC.
I have version 2021 so what I see MAY be different
When I click HELP on the top the pop-up window has SIGN OUT at the bottom
Is that what you see?
Also, what is your operating system and version?
TLS 1.2 is now required to connect https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/multi/eol-tls-support.html
-If you have Windows 7 be sure to do the EASYFIX.MSI in step 2 of the above link
-test your browser https://clienttest.ssllabs.com:8443/ssltest/viewMyClient.html

thank you for your feedback, but I don't see such option in my account page. In registered products the only option I have is "download". So where exactly I should look for deactivation button???

Thank you John. It was an issue with TLS 1.2.
