Can't activate Creative Cloud on second computer

I have a student and teach subscription, and no matter what I do, I cannot activate Creative Cloud or any of my apps on my second computer.  I have tried signing in and signing out, reinstalling creative cloud and relevant apps, logging in and out of my account on web, and nothing works.

My account shows the plan as only activated on one computer (my iMac), so it is not because it is already loaded elsewhere.

I did try going through chat support, but was referred off to someone else when the initial person couldn't resolve, but after waiting an hour and half on chat gave up waiting because have work to do.

I previously had the photography plan on both computers without a problem, but since changing the plan to the current plan, I cannot activate on my laptop.  This is particularly frustrating because my iMac seems be dying, so I can't use any of the apps at the moment on there, and my laptop is my only alternative.

I would be grateful for any assistance, as I am basically paying for a subscription I can't use at the moment.

Thanks

Should have added, when I launch Creative Cloud, it shows the apps as installed and up to date for a few seconds, before reverting to saying that I need to buy a subscription or I am only using a trial version.  Then  when I try and launch (say) Lightroom CC, I get stuck in a loop where the Adobe Application Manager asks for my Adobe ID, I enter it and press the Continue button and instead of launching the app, it just keeps bringing up the AAM pop-up.

i have also done the following:

- deactivate my other computer on my web account page in case that helps (my main iMac isn’t working, so can’t do t from there)

- used the host cleaning tool

- uninstalled and installed I don’t know how  many times

- run the adobe clean tool and restarted

- tried deleting And reinstalling everything Adobe related from old time machine backups

Basically NOTHING I do will activate the apps on my second computer, and now that I have deactivated my first computer - I expect it won’t work there either now (if ever get iMac working). Basically I have been paying for subscription I can’t use at all, and Adobe support just put me on “chat” hold for 2 hours.

please help!

I also have the same problem, with the regular Adobe Creative Cloud membership. I have it installed on 2 computers, it worked perfectly on both (I used mainly Photoshop).

But since a few days, it only works on my first laptop. On the second laptop it shows ”Buy” instead of ”Open” (in the Adobe CC program, of course).

Laptops both have Windows 8.1 on them.

I am not sure why this change happened. I tried updating Photoshop, reinstalling all Adobe apps, and also deactivated the login on the first laptop.

Still, on the second laptop, Adobe will not open any intalled App, it keeps asking me to log in, I do, then it loads Photoshop and asks again for the ID and password.

Thank you! Looking forward to solutions
