Can't complete Lightroom install! Please help

I am trying to download Lightroom with Creative Cloud.  It is giving me this error log:

Exit Code: 7

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the .NET framework, which got it from 42% downloaded to 84%, but then it errors again.  I disabled my antivirus.  What can I do next?  Thanks!
