I have the type of firewall (windows 7) that wants to unblock by .exe, I followed all your tips and unblocked the

PDapp.exe and I also made sure of the certificate. It's got all the .exe files in the program folder

creativecloud.exe, creativecloud desktop app etc.

and it still won't connect. If I set my firewall rule to default allowing everything it does connect so I know it's the firewall. Is there another .exe someplace else I may have missed?

For creative cloud I need a list of executables to allow through the firewall, please.

Thank you, I already tried that, as I said. I got it working now though.

I was able to find the .exe by using tcpview (system internals, microsoft), it was in program files/common files I think. I closed the window that said what all it was but I am pretty sure it was Adobe Desktop Service.exe in there. I tried so many things I could have it wrong but the tcp view for sure helped me find the right file and unblock it.

confirm that you can connect to the secure adobe servers by reading, http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html

do you see both logos?

if you can and still see a connection error, white list the adobe network endpoints, https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html
