Can´t contact support service

Question

Hello,I am from Germany and I really need to contact the support service via phone or e-mail. But I just found that support number, which I already called 3 times. The first time I waited over 3!! hours and also the last two times I was waiting for more than an hour. Is there any other possibility to get in touch with someone? I am looking foreward for your help.Alina

-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
