Can’t down load adobe & light room

Hey I can't down load the adobe & light room cc onto my computer for some reason I have windows 7 & 64 ram soo why it's not working I press download it starts to down load then comes to the part of loging in during the download n it won't go further can u help me plz as I love adobe & have used them on my computer before

Erinw31910955, sorry you are encountering problems installing Photoshop and Lightroom CC on the Windows 7 computer.  Have you applied all of the available updates that are available from Microsoft? What is preventing you from upgrading to Windows 10?
