Can't download After Effects CC or Premiere CC from Creative Cloud Desktop App: Mac OSX?

I've read all of the forums, and I realize this is usually due to the system requirements not being met for these programs. However, my system specs do line up, how can I download this file?

Here are the requirements vs. my machine specs

Multicore Intel processor with 64-bit support :3.4 GHz Intel Core i7 64 bit

Mac OS X v10.6.8, v10.7, or v10.8: Mac OS X 10.8.2

4 GB of RAM (8 GB recommended): 32 GB 1333 MHz DDR3

4 GB of available hard-disk space for installation; 150GB SATA 7200

What gives? I am currently running Adobe AE and Premiere CS6.

Display adaptor?

Try updating the Creative Cloud app. Try uninstalling and installing again. Something else may be interfering like a 3rd party video app or codec pack.
