can´t find after effects in creative cloud apps list!!!

If your computer doesn't meet the system requirements for AE, it won't be in the list.
See if your system meets the requirements here: Adobe After Effects CC - Tech specs

I´m using Windows 7. Still doesn't work. However when i see my profile I see a  process ítem, like if there were something downloading. But i can´t see whst is it.

A simple search of Google or this forum would have given you the same answer that Szalam did. It could be that your OS is compatible but the rest of your system is not. AE CC will not install on a system that it cannot run on. Try downloading CS6.
