Can't find an item under "My Orders"

I want to download and install a purchased copy of CS 6 Master Collection, but it does not show up under "My Orders". Why is it not there?

When you purchased Master Collection CS6 ?

You can download the trial of CS6 application from Adobe.com or check http://forums.adobe.com/thread/981369

License it with the serial number you have.

Have you tried the downloading the trial and serializing it with the link shared in the previour post ?
