Can't Find my Adobe Portfolio

I created an adobe portfolio that is currently functioning as a website. I logged into my adobe account, which I pay for monthly and have consistantly done so, and when I go to edit my portfolio, it says I dont have one. How do I get access to it?

Log-out of Creative Cloud.  Log-in again with your PAID id and password using a device that supports cookies and does not have script blockers.  Failing that, try with another device or browser (Chrome desktop).  If you're still unable to edit your site, submit a help request directly to the Portfolio Team.

I appreciate the help but, It's not a light room issue and the Adobe links you sent do not answer the question.
