Can't find redemption code

After using the trial version of Premiere for 30 days, I decided to purchase a full Creative Cloud membership with student pricing. I'm trying to license the software, but despite the instructions on Adobe's website, which say I only need my Adobe sign in information, it keeps asking me for a serial number or redemption code. I don't know how to find either of these, and I didn't receive an email containing them. I have gotten an email saying that my order has been confirmed, but my academic eligibility has not been approved yet. Could that be why I haven't gotten a serial number or redemption code yet? Any help would be highly appreciated.

Thanks

There are no serial numbers or redemption codes for CC subscriptions.  There could be a couple of reasons your subscription is not yet available, including being due to waiting for your student status to clear.  Try signing out and back in again if you haven't already.  If time passes and you still have no resolution you should contact Adobe Support thru chat or telephone and get their assistance.

For the link below click the Still Need Help? option in the blue area at the bottom and choose the chat or phone option...
